Joe Biden approves more in military aid for Ukraine as Russia ‘expands’ nuclear arsenal | World | News

Joe Biden has accepted £224million in military help for Ukraine to improve air defences, a information report has claimed. The memo launched by the White Household arrives as the US Defence Secretary warned that Russia is “expanding and modernising its nuclear arsenal”.
